General Congress goals

Fourth International Congress on civil, architecture and urban development as the biggest, most valid and most disciplined annual scientific, research and executive gathering in civil, architecture, urbanization and environment in the Middle east in Iran and Shahid Behehshti Tehran University intents to provide the ground for sustainable development of Iran and clarify comprehensive map in urban sustainable development upon benefiting the past experiences and achievements and gathering of professors, experts and manager.

International Congress on civil, architecture and urban development intents to introduce scientific and applied ability in promoting qualitative level of architecture, structure and urban development and study the requirements and obligations of training above ones and recognize the views, new experiences, analyzing theoretical and applied dimensions of urban development and analyze its training and research.

Studying challenges in specialized areas of civil, architecture, urban development and environment

Establishing proper opportunity for exchanging information and providing new research achievements among scientists, researchers, industrialists, university students and involved ones in civil, architecture and urban development

Founding and continuing international discourses in concepts, theories and opinions related to Congress axes
