Having appreciated wide welcome of professors, researchers, experts and students from international Congress on civil, architecture and urban landscaping, this is to inform you that at least of the paper authors should register in Congress for doing registration process and final acceptance of papers. Otherwise, the mentioned paper will not be published in proceedings. The registration fee of participants with papers will be received after reviewing and accepting papers and in paper sending stages, there is no need for paying the registration amount, while participants without paper can pay the related fee via personal panel from the beginning and complete the final registration stages.

Note: registering person as accompanying should first be member of site and create personal account, then enter his account and complete final registration form. In other words, registering the accompanying person is not possible via account of author. The accompanying person should enter accompanying code while registering and such code is stipulated in corresponding author panel and accompanying person should receive this code from corresponding author.

*Paper presenter or corresponding author is a person paper is sent and registered in Congress site on his name. In Congress day, he/she shall present the accepted paper (oral, poster) and certificate of acceptance and publication upon mentioning the title of papers and name of all authors and certificate of participation and presentation upon mentioning the title of paper and his name and international 24-hour training certificate upon mentioning his name are granted to him.

**Accompanying person/s are considered whom his name is mentioned in paper (his name is among paper authors) and attend in Congress day together with paper sender and registered one and certificate of acceptance and publication upon mentioning the title of papers and name of all authors and certificate of participation and presentation upon mentioning the title of paper and his name and international 24-hour training certificate upon mentioning his name are granted to him.

Guideline of fee for more papers:

Every person can register several papers via users panel of Congress site and if several papers are verified by reviewers, the fee of registering first paper will be full. The registering fee of each of next papers for main participants, accompanying ones, attending and non-attending ones are as follow:

Fee of issuing international certificate of Congress in English :

If all presenters request for issuing certificate of acceptance, publication and presentation in English, they should pay the amount of 300000 Rials for each paper and for participants without paper, if they request for issuing certificate of participation and 24-hour education certificate in English, they should pay the amount of 300000 Rials apart from the main fees and complete the menu of registering other services via personal control panel. It shall be noted that participant should first complete the primary registration and then complete the registration of other services.

- It is necessary to submit student card or certificate of studying for student registering ones.

Participating in Congress as non-attendance:

For benefiting the cooperation of professors, researchers, studies throughout the world, the secretariat of Congress decided to register as non-attendance from those who cannot attend the Congress for any reason. The non-attendance participants can participate in Congress via Webinar systems of Congress and be aware of the Congress via webinar system as online at Congress site. The researchers who participate in Congress as non-attendance, if they do not attend the Congress and complete the registration procedure, the paper presenters and accompanying ones will get international certificate of paper acceptance and publication upon mentioning the name of all authors, international certificate of presentation upon mentioning his name, international 24-hour training certificate upon mentioning the registering persons name, proceedings, CD of full papers, Congress gifts and for participants without paper, the proceeding, CD of full papers, international certificate of attending in Congress, international 24 hour training certificate, Congress gifts at last 1 week to 10 days after holding he Congress which will be sent to persons address. (there is no difference in certificates issued for attendance and non-attendance participants). It should be noted that costs related to packing, express mail, transportation, etc. in non-attendance should be done by Congress secretariat and registration cost of non-attendance is mentioned above.

All Congress certificates hold security hologram and raised seal and specialized identification code which can be inquired at any time by mentioned code via system for certificate authenticity in Congress site.
